Our engineers review drawings together with the customer and propose the optimal machining method and material from the prototype stage, shortening the lead time to mass production.
International quality standards
The plant is equipped with Oxy Gas, Plasma and fiber laser cutting machines and CNC machining centers. The process is standardized from trial production and training through machining to quality management for mass production.
Reliable, traceable materials
All raw steel meets JIS/ASTM standards and is managed by lot code so every processed part is traceable: SS400, S45C, SM490A, plate, shaped steel and flatbar.
